What does the CGA 1993 act provide for in addressing its purpose?
That consumers have
certain guarantees when acquiring goods and services

How does Act apply to provision of legal services?
Legal services are a service provided within the trading environment so people are entitled to the guarentees of service provision, safe, fit for purpose acceptable quality, reasonable care and skill and

What are the the options for consumers if services fail to comply with guarantees?

Require supplier to remedy within reasonable time
If this fails then have it remedied by someone else and recover costs
Cancel the contract for the supply of service
