What is a deed?
A
A legally binding written document between two or more parties which is signed by all people involved. It confers a right an interest, or property and signed attested, delivered ( and sealed). It is placed on record for future reference. Deed card index should list all deeds held in that persons/couples/ families/ business deeds packet. Index should show date of deed and who the deed was in favor of. Index needs to show where the file is if it is removed by someone for update.
