A
- Identify and treat areas of restriction and address the reasons behind them

Who might benefit from voice massage?
A
- Functional dysphonia’s (Muscle Tension Dysphonia)
- Pain or tension in the neck of laryngeal area
- High performance voice user
- Post vocal injury (recovering from nodule, surgery)
- Sensation of lump in the throat
- Jaw problems (locking, clicking)
- History of trauma in voice symptoms (whiplash, strangulation, shoulder injury, trauma - rugby players)
- Preventative care

- Posture (neck shoulders, knees and pelvis)
