Describe the stress-strain curve of soft tissue

Toe region - tissue gets longer without much force
Elastic region - tests elastic properties of tissue, large increase in stress needed to cause relatively small length changes
From yield point - plastic changes, more force starts to cause micro-failure of tissue
Eventually results in tissue failure/ rupture
