- Liver qi stagnation
- Heat phlegm misting the heart

Insomina
- dream disturb
- restless sleep which induce or worse after emotion stress
Liver Qi Stagnation with Heat

- toss and turn in bed
- dream a lot
- easy to wake
phlegm misting the heart
- diffcult to fall asleep
- abdomnal discomfort from overeating
Food Stagnation
- can’t sleep
- severe agitation/anxiety
- severe pain
blood stagnation

- can’t fall asleep
- can’t stay asleep (intermittent waking)
Heart and Kidney Disharmony
- fall asleep well
- sleep is shallow and they easily wake up
heart and spleen deficiency
- hard to fall asleep alone because of fear
- easily awakened and frightened
heart and gallbladder disharmony

- heaviness of the head and limbs
- brain fog
Damp-heat accumulation in spleen

-wants to sleep after eating

- severe fatigue
- disoriented (not enough Shen)
- cold limbs
Kidney Yang Deficiency

- mental fatigue
- dizzy
- slow to respond, poor memory
