Staff prepares a report and recommendations for council decision. Council decides either give “approval to proceed” or “deny” the application.

Public hearing

Answer 5

All rezonings are subject to a by-law and Public Hearing conducted by council. Be prepared to present your proposal and to answer questions.

Final approval

Answer 6

The Mayer signs off. If council is satisfied that all conditions are met, application is approved.
