Configuration
Is the cultural administrative heritage of an organization.
HR practices
Refer to the instrumental part of HRM including recruitment, selection, training, development, appraising and rewards.
Human capital
Represents the knowledge, skills and abilities of the organization’s employees.
Implementation strategy
Is the deliberate design and set of actions focused on the shaping of the functional silos that determine the overall business strategy.
Social capital
Represents the valuable social networks and relationships between employees within the organization and social networks of employees with the outside world.
Work practices
Refer to the design elements of HRM including autonomy, teamwork, rotation, decentralization, involvement, participation and job enrichment.
