  1. The first examines the potential determinants or antecedents that can be used to explain and predict the IT outsourcing decision and/or outcome
  2. The second studies the post-outsourcing phase, examining how the outsourcing relationship is managed

Strategic level

  • Define the overall issues: such as objectives; IT services; contract periods; exclusiveness; price and change (payment term and rate structure); liabilities, damages, and jurisdiction; uTransfer including IT Deptstaff, assets, service contracts

Tactic level

  • Project and service elements: milestones, conditions, resources allocated
  • Secondment: rate per hours

•Operational level

  • The levels at which these services are to be delivered and the variations allowed, specifications.
