- Behaviourism. Learner starts out with a clean slate and behaviour is shaped by positive and negative reinforcement. Centred in the teacher. The learner is passive.
- Constructivism. Knowledge is generated from an interaction between
experiences and ideas. Focus on student-centred learning. The learner is active.
Which are the 3 types of healthcare education?

What is the difference between LCMS and LCS?
LCMS is the learning content management system of the hospital (fenix).
LCS is the learning management system, which is a subsystem of the LCMS and is dedicated for learning.
Explain what is just-in-time learning?
On demand, for instance when learners need instant information at a critical moment, or something goes wrong and they need to know what to do next. Could be achieve with videos, manuals, and other.
