A

Enamoeba histolytica
Causes bloody diarrhea, liver abscess (1% of infections) and chronic disease mimicking IBD.
If amoeba is seen on stool O&P, need to do another test (serology, EIA or PCR) to differentiate E. histolytica and E. dispar
