It is a visual representation of the table’s structure and the relationships between logically related tables.

What does an Entity-Relationship diagram provide to someone who is viewing it?
A
- Provides understanding of the overall database structure.
- Provides quick information on the data that’s provided in the database. In one diagram, you can view all tables from the entire database.
