As a result to a mental health disorder is a danger to themselves or others or gravely disabled a peace officer or person charged of a designated facility could be put in custody for up to 72 hours for assessment, evaluation, and crisis intervention or a designated treatment facility

Criminal Ward of the Court
A) individual under 18 of age who violates state law or ordinance except in (b)
B) Over 14 and allegedly committed one of the following shall be prosecuted in criminal court:
1) Murder
2) Sexual Battery/Rape or sex acts to those under 14

Ward of the Court
A) Person under 18 who disobeys reasonable parent/guardian/custodian orders may become ward of the state
B) Also if minor has 4 or more truancies in a year or disobeys instructors reasonable requests.
C) May not come into contact with another minor in truancy program if feasible
D) PEace officer or school administrator may issue notice to appear

Dependent Child of the Court
Court may adjudge child dependent of the court if:
A) The child has suffered or at risk of serious injury
B) THe child has suffered or will suffer serious harm/illness
C) Suffering or at risk of serious emotional damage
D) Child is sexually abused or risk there of
E) Under age of 5 and suffered serious abuse known to parent
F) Parent/Guardian/Custodian caused death of another child
G) Child left without support.

Fight/Incite Public Fight M
1) Unlawfully fight or challenges in a public place
2) Maliciously and willfully disturbs another with loud and unreasonable noise
3) Uses offensive words in a public place which are inherently likely to provoke immediate violent reaction.

Solicits or who agrees to engage in or who engages in any act of prostitutioin.

While unlawfully on private property of another peeks through the door or window of an inhabited structure.

Civil Protection Custody
When a person violates 647(f) a peace officer shall place the person in civil protective custody for 72-hour treatment and observations. If the peace officer is reasonably able to do so. A person placed in protective custody will not be subjected to criminal prosecution or juvenile court proceedings

Intoxicated in Public
Found in a public place under the influence of liquor, drug, controlled substance, toluene, or combination in a condition where they can not take care of themselves or others or interfering with the free use of a public way because of the intoxication.
