Mint Julep
2 oz Bourbon Whiskey .5 oz Simple Syrup Fresh Mint Splash of Soda Water Muddle mint simple syrup, add ice, bourbon and soda water
Amaretto Sour
1.5 oz Alcohol of Choice (e.g. Amaretto, Whiskey, Pisco. Midori, Brandy)
1 raw Egg White
3 oz Sweet and Sour or Sour Mix
-Dry shake without ice to emulsify the egg into the other ingredients for 10 seconds
-Add ice and shake for another 5-10 seconds. Strain into glass and Sprinkle with Nutmeg.
-Dash Bitters Or Garnish with a cinnamon Stick
