To sell products from one country to another.
Licensing - Definition
To sell or rent your intellectual property to someone else.
Franchising - Definition
Divided in Franchisor (original owner) and Franchisee (renter)
Franchisor
Provides the name, service, systems, etc. Get’s revenue via payments.
Franchisee
Manages the business and pays a fee; often royalties and an initial fee (around 10-15%)
