4 steps of initial case initiation?

A
  1. Review entire file, including any prior filings paper or electronic & copy relevant evidence to current folder.
  2. Recognize all technical issues & initiate resolution of any potential problems or discrepancies.
  3. Request clarification or additional information from the claimant or authorized representative.
  4. Request evidence from medical sources & non-medical sources.
