A

Founded in the early 20th century it focused on a positive view of human nature and believed that language gave people empathy and foresight. But the lack of face to face communication got rid of community shared experiences.

A

That media culture reproduced existing society and manipulated audiences into obedience. That cultural products are produced just like other products. Looked at how audiences consumed the media.

What is the public sphere?

A

A place between the public and private where we can discuss issues and criticize the state. Not everyone is included. Came from the bourgeois who had more access to knowledge and wanted to discuss it.
