18
Q

What does Q mean?

A

First negative deflection and should be small

19
Q

What does QRS mean?

A

<0.12sec & upright in leads 1 & 2

20
Q

How to determine heart rate via ECG - 6 second method?

A
  1. Count 5 large squares = 1 second
  2. Count 5 large squares 6 times to = 6seconds
  3. Count complexes within 6 second
  4. Number of complexes x 10 = HR
