Condition caused by alcohol withdrawal. Characterised by tremor, hallucinations and autonomic instability.

Agonists = activate Antagonists = block receptor activation

A
Used to reduce alcohol or opioid disorder, by reducing cravings. Blocks the effects of opioids.
