Vitamin C - Increase sperm count and sperm motility, and may decrease risk of sperm damage
Vitamin E - Deficiency of this Vitamin E can cause damage to the reproductive tissue
Zinc - needed to make the outer layer and tail of the sperm and essential for healthy sperm
Manganese - Shown by research to be important for maintaining a high sperm count
Potassium - Increase sperm motility
Supplements for female fertility
Copper - In Excessive amounts can cause birth defects, postnatal depression, and emybro toxic, usually a result in birth control pills or copper IUD
Zinc - susceptibility to all sorts of infections
Magnesium/manganese - Deficiency also leads to high levels of coppers
Selenium - can also be a factor
