What is a sustainable society?
one that satisfies its needs without jeopardizing opportunities for future generations.
What are SDGs?
They are sustainable development goals adopted by United Nations for prosperity for the future
sustainability requires human economic reductions: a shift towards renewable energy

Non renewable: fossil fuels, minerals
Renewable: solar, water, biodiversity
What is renewable energy?
Energy sources that are easily replenished or available
What is sustainable energy?
Renewable energy with low environmental impact

What is our waste composed of?
mostly solid waste from oil and gas industry
What is an ecological footprint?
The impact a country or individual has on the environment,
expressed as the amount of land required to support their use of
natural resources
