Major changes e.g thinking of diverting into a different type of business practice

What is the percentage requirement for special resolutions?
A
Require at least 75%

How much notice do shareholders need?
A
14 days full notice (Not including day voting is taking place)

- change of name
- alteration of articles
- reducing share capital
- re-register from public to private or vice versa
