Site: Retrosternal, interscapular
No radiation
COnstant
Associated features: Unequal radial and femoral pulse and BP.  Aortic Regurgitant mumur may be heard on auscultation

A

Headache, fever, malaise, followed by itching, tingling and pain in a dermotomal distribution followed by a rash
