A

-lacking organization and structure-lacking focus, unity and coherence (connections)
-failing to cite influential papers (key contributors)
-failing to keep up with recent developments of the topic (dated sources)
-failing to critically evaluate cited papers-citing irrelevant or trivial references
 Everything must be connected to a central theme of your research topic
