1) promotes urination to leech out damp (can also be used for damp heat)
2) strengthens spleen and harmonize MJ (loss of appetite, diarrhea, etc.)
3) transform phlegm (phlegm that moves upward can cause headache, dizziness, palpitations, etc.)
4) quiets heart and calms spirit (insomnia, forgetfulness, running piglet qi)
What are the contraindications of fu ling?
yin def, sunken spleen qi (more dealing with yang deficiency), cold from deficiency with spermatorrhea
