- Rectify the error during the shift by asking all nurses on staff
- If still unaccounted for, fill out a PSLS
What are 4 factors to consider when administering opioids?

What 2 assessment findings would make the nurse hold an opioid?
- RR <10
- LOC is 3 (drowsy, difficult to rouse) or higher
What is the antidote for benzos?
Flumazenil
When is the automatic stop date for narcotics usually set?
