anterior primary ramus
innervate limbs and trunk
lumbosacral plexus
sensory/motor innervation to lower extremity
superior/inferior gluteal nerves
innervate large muscles in gluteal regions
tibial part of sciatic nerve
muscles in posterior compartment of thigh and leg and sole of foot
fibular part of sciatic nerve
anterior and lateral compartments of leg and muscles associated with dorsal surface of foot
femoral nerve
anterior compartment of thigh
obturator nerve
muscles in medial compartment
brachial plexus
provides nerves for all upper extremity muscles except trapezius m
musculocutaneous nerve
innervates muscles of anterior comppartment
median nerve
innervates majority of muscles of anterior compartment of the forearm
ulnar nerve
innervates 1.5 muscles in anterior forearm and also majority of hand muscles
axillary nerve
around deltoid muscle
radial nerve
innervates extensor compartments of both arm and forearm
great saphenous vein
from dorsal venous arch and drains into femoral vein, ascends anterior to medial malleolus and up medial leg
