What is the detail of the core tenant - “People construct their own reality (within limits)”.
Our identities, beliefs, attitudes, values…. influence our perception of the world
the axiom that each persons view of reality is a construction, shaped both by cognitive processes (the ways our minds work) and by social processes (inputs from others either actually present or imagined)
What is the detail of the core tenant - "Social influence is pervasive (and powerful)" Other people (real and imagined); present or not; influence what we think, feel and do
Pervasiveness of social influence - the axiom that other people influence virtually all of our thoughts, feelings and behaviour, whether those others are physically present or not.

It is the motivational principle that people seek to understand and predict events in the social world in order to obtain rewards. Also known as understanding, control and seeking meaning

The motivational principle that people seek support, liking and acceptance from the people and groups they care about. Also known as belonging, relatedness and trust
Exaplain the core motivation - valuing “me and mine”
The motivational principle that people desire to see themselves, and other people and groups connected to themselves, in a positive light. Also known as self enhancement, positive self esteem

Accessible information has the most impact on thought, feeling and action i.e. mind as associative network, some network elements are more active than others, these influence ongoing thought, feeling and action
