What is Climate?
Weather patterns for a region.
What is Radiant energy?
Energy that travels through space like the sun’s energy traveling to Earth.
What is Latitude?
Distance of a place north or south of the equator.
What is Rotation?
Earth spinning on its axis that causes day and night.
What is Orbit?
The curved path of a celestial object or spacecraft around a star, planet, or moon.
What is Convection Current.
The circular movement of fluids (like air or water) caused by the rising of hotter, less dense fluid and the sinking of a cooler, more dense fluid.
What is Atmospheric Movement.
Sun heats the air and hot air rises and cool air sinks creating circular ocean currents.
What is Ocean Currents.
Sun heats the water and hot water rises and cool water sinks creating circular ocean currents.
