How does ADH work?
A
bind to V2 receptors (GPCR) on the basolateral membrane, activate adenylate cyclase, which produces cAMP which signals to protein kinase A to phosphorylate AQP2 channels and insert them into the apical membrane

hypoxia, hypercapnia, nausea, increased temperature (pyrogens)
