What is the difference between seltzer, club soda, & tonic?
A
The difference between seltzer water and club soda is that seltzer water has no sodium and is more economical than sparkling mineral water or club soda. Club soda is almost identical to seltzer water, but has ingredients like potassium bicarbonate for flavor. Tonic water is definitely different from both and has its own, bitter flavor from quinine.
