A

Compress in different distances. Keep left and right hand as symmetrical as possible

A

On slightly overhanging wall, lower your body and start every move with your arms straight. Try to deadpoint the next move, pull body towards wall, and stick the move with feet

Deadly precision

A

Find a move that you can’t execute statically. Dynamically move toward the hold. Once you are comfortable with the movement, then repeat ten times. Repeat with other hand.

A

Twisty hips to touch the wall with every hand move

Extend and press

A

On way most likely vert climb, start with left hand on the start hold. Bump up with right to other holds while pressing up with your left on the same hold it started. Bump as high as you can go. Switch hands for next climb.

Rock back and forth while climbing, keeping the rhythm and placing hands and feet with rhythm
