Q

Antithrombin III features
what factors

A

Antithrombin III normally inhibits factor IIa, Xa, IXa, and XIa. Antithrombin deficiency therefore increases the risk of thrombosis. Homozygosity causes death in utero and heterozygosity increases the risk of VTE 50-fold.
