The Christian teaching that all humans are on earth to look after gods creation

Christian teaching that humans can use the earth and its resources how ever they want or please
What is conservation
The act of preserving something, like life or fossil fuels
What are the origins of life
The origins of life are the different creation stories such as God creating the universe in seven days. The Muslim creation story is pretty similar until humans are created, Allah took seven different muds from the seven continents and created a man, he took one of the mans ribs and created a woman. He created all humans equal
Give a Christian teaching about planet earth and how we should care for it
‘The earth and all life on it are given to us to share and develop not to dominate and destroy’ the earth was given to us for us to protect and care for rather than destroy
Islamic view on caring for the earth
Muslims believe the world belongs to its creator, Allah, who appointed humans as trustees (renters of earth in a way) to abuse that God-given right is insulting the intention of God so all Muslims must look after and care for the planet
What are carbon emissions
They are from vehicles power stations and factories, it is the mark they leave on the planet and the damage they cause such as the greenhouse effect and global warming
What is recycling
Reusing products instead of throwing them away, and making new ones, doesn’t use up non renewable sources.
What is deforestation
Cutting down and destroying natural habitats to make way for farming industry and to raise livestock
What are the earth summits
Meeting of representatives of different countries including religious leaders to discuss threats to the earth and agree on solutions to them
