Wall and Ceiling Treatments 302f Flashcards
Describe installing full widths of veneer panels
No match with window and door openings, or change in wall direction. The pattern may repeat, but any alignment is accidental
Describe installing veneer panels that have been selectively reduced in width
Slightly higher grade that utilizes full-width panels that have been reduced to accommodate window and door openings, and changes in wall direction. Some loss of continuity at the joint, but has an overall balanced effect
Describe installing sequence-matched uniform sized set veneer panels
Modular panels shipped in a numbered sequence. Smaller size allows for more flexibility and continuity as panels progress. May be centred and reduced at corners only
Describe installing blueprint matched veneer panels
Best quality, Individual leaves of veneer are reduced in width as needed to produce a continuous match around entire room. Panel size is determined by windows, doors, columns, access panels, etc for little loss of pattern
