List the 6 conditions that a waiver condition must meet.

A
  1. No risk of sudden incapacitation
  2. Minimal potential for subtle performance deficit, particularly with regard to higher senses
  3. Remain resolved/stable under stresses of aviation environment
  4. If can progress/recur, first sx must be easily detectable and not pose a safety risk
  5. Cannot require exotic tests, regular invasive procedures, or frequent absences for monitoring
  6. Must be compatible with performing in an austere environment
