  5. DPANM directs (i.e. based on annual RILO)

  1. Is timing appropriate– has optimal med benefit been reached?
  2. Is case appropriate– unfitting vs unseating?
  3. Can member perform duties of AFSC now or within next 12 mo?
  4. Is condition chronic– ?unreasonable accomodation
  5. Is condition chronic– ?preclude safe/effective deployment
  6. ?Directed by DPANM
  7. AAC 31 cumulative 12 months with same issue
  8. Is member refusing services or non-compliant?
