Why do we need joy?

Joy is necessary if we’re a servant of Jehovah.

If there’s no joy, something is missing in our relationship with Jehovah. Joy is a reflection of our faith.

1. Living in booths - reminded them that they were all equal in Jehovah’s eyes.
2. It marked the end of the ingathering of the harvest - time of thanksgiving for the abundant goodness of God.
3. Reflection of Jehovah’s fatherly care. (And good standing with him)

1. Pray for holy spirit.
2. Act in harmony with our prayers
3. Focus on the good Jehovah has done and will do.

Study examples of joy even under difficult circumstances.
