Stage 1A disease
<2cm tumour size and <1mm depth stromal invasion
Stage IB disease
> 2cm tumour size OR stromal invasion >1mm
Stage II disease
Extension to adjacent structures but no lymph node involvement
(Lower third vagina/urethra/anus)
Stage IIIA disease
Any size tumour with extension to upper 2/3 vagina/urethra, bladder mucosa, rectal mucosa or regional lymph node mets <5mm (non fixed, non-ulcerated)
Stage IIIB disease
Regional lymph node >5mm
Stage IIIC disease
Regional lymph node mets with extracapsular spread
Stage IVA disease
Disease fixed to pelvic bone OR
Fixed ulcerated regional lymph node mets
Stage IVB disease
