An accredited diplomat sent by a state as its permanent representative in a foreign country.
Corfu crisis
The Corfu incident was a 1923 diplomatic and military crisis between Greece and Italy, were both countries debated on which country should keep the Corfu Island.

An assembly or meeting for consultation, advice, or discussion

A usually formal, solemn, and binding agreement
