Demographic winter
A potential future scenario characterized by a significant declining in birth rates, leading to an aging population with a shrinking workforce. This can result in economic and social challenges, such as labour shortages, increased dependency ratios and pressure on social services
OECD
Organisation for economic cooperation and development, international organisation that aims to promote economic growth, stability and improved living standards among the member countries
Labour force
Refers to the total number of people who are available for work and actively participating in the job market, includes employed individuals and seeking employment
Reversed tick mark
Often used as a symbol or notation indicating a negative trend, a decline or an absence of a particular item or metric, tilted or reversed tick may be used in charts, reports or spreadsheets to highlight issues
Provision
Refers to an accounting entry made to account for future expenses or potential losses that are uncertain in timing or amount.

A government that provides financial support or assistance to a business, industry or individual to reduce their costs or encourage certain activities. This support can come in the form of grants, tax breaks, low interest loans or direct payments

To express grief, sorrow or regret about something, often refers to showing or feeling sadness or disappointment over a loss
