Demographic winter
A potential future scenario characterized by a significant declining in birth rates, leading to an aging population with a shrinking workforce. This can result in economic and social challenges, such as labour shortages, increased dependency ratios and pressure on social services
OECD

Refers to the total number of people who are available for work and actively participating in the job market, includes employed individuals and seeking employment
