Numbers
Made up of a single digit or a collection of digits. Any combination of digits possible
Integers
Numbers that have no fractional or decimal part
0
0 is even, you cannot divide by zero, it is neither positive or negative
Consecutive integers
Integers listed in order of increasing value without any integers missing in between them
Factor
A number that will divide evenly into the integer in question
Multiples
All integers for which the original integer is a factor. Zero is a multiple of every number.
Prime Number
An integer that only has two factors: one and itself. 0 is not prime, 1 is not prime, 2 is the only even prime number, prime numbers are positive integers.
2 Divisibility
An integer is divisible by 2 if its units digit is divisible by 2.
3 Divisibility
An integer is divisible by 3 if the sum of its digits is divisible by 3.
4 Divisibility
An integer is divisible by four if its last two digits form a number that is divisible by 4.
5 Divisibility
An integer is divisible by 5 if its units digit is either 0 or 5
6 Divisibility
An integer is divisible by 6 if it’s divisible by both 2 and 3.
8 Divisibility
An integer is divisible by 8 if its last three digits form a number that’s divisible by 8.
9 Divisibility
An integer is divisible by 9 if the sum of its digits is divisible by 9.
10 Divisibility
An integer is divisible by 10 if its units digit is 0.
