Goiter
An enlarged thyroid gland evident as pronounced swelling in the neck; associated w/ hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, or normal levels of thyroid function

Difficulty swallowing associated w/ obstructive (tolerate liquids) or motor (no solids or liquids tolerated) disorders of the oropharynx, hypopharynx, or esophagus

Coughing up blood from respiratory tract; profuse bleeding may be due to aspergillus infection, lung abscess, TB, or bronchogenic carcinoma

Excretion of abnormally large quantity of urine; may be due to diabetes, diuretics, excessive fluid intake, hypercalcemia

Symptom of itching leading to urge to scratch; scratching can cause secondary infection; may be due to allergies, infection, jaundice, chronic renal disease, lymphoma, skin irritation

Pain associated with menstruation; typically cramps in lower abdomen in conjunction with uterine contractions and cervical dilation

Double vision; caused by defective function of extraocular muscles or disorder of the nerves that innervate the muscles

Ischemic muscle ache or pain; brought on by consistent level of exercise, resolves within at most 10 minutes and shorter with rest, is reproducible
