IO
Insertion order. A contract between the agency and the client which covers the agreed parameters (like specifics on demographics, budget, etc.). Requires signatures from agency in order for the CPE team to process it. Pulled from front end of billing system on agencies side. There can be multiple IO’s per campaign, and multiple channels per IO.
CPE
Client Product Estimate (used to be called REF). Used as an identifier on data that agencies use. Ex: C = Performics, P = AMEX, E = 12345, CPE = PERAME12345
Flight Date
The start and end dates of a campaign
MBOX/OX/Media Bank
OX is a financial management platform that the finance team uses for billing, and what we use for creating CPE codes, and updating budgets and flight dates.
DSP
Digital Service Platform. Platform that will be used to run ad. One IO can use multiple platforms to accomplish agency’s required ad on behalf of client.
AODp
AODp stands for Audience On Demand platform, this is where IO’s are kept as records if you will, so the flight dates, the budget, and the IO’s are saved here. It also contains dashboards, categorizations, and report billing. The first step in creating a CPE is for the agency to enter the IO into AODp. Once entered into AODp, a Work Flow ID is created and this is used to create a CPE code (which is created in OX). AODp was created as a tool for agencies to track leads, RFP’s and IO’s. Think of it as an overall, records management tool.
