A
Painless loss of vision
Cobwebs in vision
Floaters

What is the management of vitreous haemorrhage
A
Look for underlying pathology such as tear/detachment
Treat underlying causes
Safety net if no underlying pathology seen
Laser therapy if neovascularisation
Surgery if non-clearing vitreous haemorrhage or detachment
