Vitamin E
Source: tocopherols, vegetable oils, seeds, nuts
Deficiency: muscular dystrophy and neurologic abnormalities

Source: greens, bacterial flora in intestine
Deficiency: blood coagulation problems
Vitamin B12
Cobalamin
Deficiency: fatigue, inflammation of tongue, numbness, tingling, megaloblastic anemia
Vitamin C
asorbic acid
Deficiency: fatigue, SOB, dizziness, irregular heart beat, personality changes, unsteady movements
Vitamin B2
riboflavin, coennzyme forms FAD/FMN
Deficiency: stomatosis, sore throat, oily rashes on genitals, blood shot eyes, light sensitivity, anemia

Niacin–NAD, NADP
Deficiency: pellagra (diarrhea, dementia, dermatitis, death), indigestion, fatigue, sores, vomiting, depression, headache, apathy, disorientation

pantothenic acid–found in coenzynme A
Deficiency: rare, fatigue, sleep disturbance, uncoordinate movement
Vitamin B6
pyridoxine
Deficiency: sideroblastic anemia (cannot incorporate iron), EEG abnormalitis, dermatitis, glossitis, depression

Thiamine coenzyme is TPP
Deficiency: malaise, weight loss, confusion, beriberi, wernicke-korsakoff

Biotin, Cofator for ACC, PC, PCC, MCC
Deficiency: dermatitis around eyes, mouth, and nose, conjunctivitis, alopecia, lethargy

Folic acid–THF
Deficiency: macrocytic megaloblactic anemia, homocysteinemia, results from alcoholism, pregnancy, and drug side effects
