A
  • Are you currently having any pain? If so, ask for descriptions and if they have taken anything for pain?
  • Have you engaged in any physical activity that may influence your vitals prior to your arrival?
  • Have you had anything hot or cold to eat or drink prior to your arrival?
  • Have you had any prior surgeries or conditions involving your upper extremities that I should be aware of?
  • Do you have any current conditions related to your respiratory or circulatory systems that I should be aware of; do you use supplemental oxygen etc.?
