AOC Affidavits of correction- customers want to know how to fill out an affidavit, processing times, to how to exchange their old certificate. Parentage holds include how to fill out an AOP Acknowledgment of Parentage, or to add a parent to a certificate.
Adoptions questions include how to get their adoptive birth certificate. Legal name changes includes corrections for misspelled names on the certificate, or when to get a legal name change
