• Flushed (red)
• Cyanotic (blue)
• Ashen (grey)
• Jaundice (yellow)
• Mottled (patchy)

• normal

• purfused/diaphoretic
Temperature
• warm (normal)
• hot
• cool/cold
Lung Sounds
• Clear (CBL)
• Wheezing (higher pitch)
• Rhonchi (low pitch)
• Rales/crackles (fluids)
• Demenished (tight)
Stridor is an obstruction not sound
