What are viruses?
A
a small infectious agent that can replicate only inside the living cells of organisms. Viruses must have a living host to multiply whereas bacteria can grow on non-living surfaces.

Where are they found?
A
On or in just about every material and environment on earth from solid to water to air.

How do they work? (give 4 points)
A
- Cannot live outside a cell for very long
- Some can live for 7-10 days (most don’t)
- Virus attacks a nice cell and injects its DNA into it
- Cell explodes and takes over your bloodstream.
