Using Violence to secure Entry
A person is guilty of an offence, who without lawful authority
Uses or
Threatens violence
For the purpose of securing entry in any premises
For himself
or another person
providing there is someone on the premises at the time opposed to the entry which the violence is intended to secure
and
The person using or threatening the violence knows that this is the case
Displaced Residential Occupier
Home owner, Tenant or agent of owner/tenant
Protected Intended occupier
Some who has agreed to buy or rent a premises
Agent of the above
Failing to leave Premises
Any Person who is on any premises as a trespasser
Having entered as a trespasser
and
Fails to leave the premises having been required to by a
Displaced Residential Occupier
Protected Intending Occupier
Agent of the above
commits an offence
